TICK PREVENTION & PROTOCOL

PREVENTION:

» CISTIS TEA: take Cistus Tea orally, daily throughout the entire (8 mos in TN) tick season

» for children: put a few drops of tea in dropper and directly into their mouth

» WONDERCIDE: can be sprayed directly on your child’s clothing. We will use it to spray areas around school as well

» CLOTHING: wear light fabrics; ticks are not attracted to white linen

TICK PROTOCOL:

If a tick is embedded, use a tick key or tweezers to remove. Place tick in plastic bag in order to research type of tick.
